How long does shipping take?
Items ship out within 5 business days from the date you place your order. Items will arrive by UPS. Rugs ship out within 10 business days from the order date.
How long does it take for pre-sales to ship out?
The shipping date is listed on all pre-sale orders.
May I return my merchandise if it's the wrong size?
Returns are accepted within 14 days and must be shipped back unopened and all sales are final. The exact measurements of all clothing is specified in order to ensure that you choose the correct size.
How can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if you haven't received a tracking number yet. If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, please email info@calstoncollection.com to cancel. Please be sure to include your order number in the email.
I forgot to add an item to an already placed order. Can I edit my order?
If your order hasn't already been shipped out, please email info@calstoncollection.com with your order number. You'll be sent a promo code for free shipping so that once you receive your promo code, you can place an order for the new item and it will ship along with your other items. (Please note that the newly added items must be shipped to the same address as the previous order in order to not be charged for shipping again.)
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email/phone once your order is shipped off.
It says my package was delivered but I never received it. Can I get a refund?
C. Alston® is not responsible for any packages once they are shipped off. UPS is responsible for all lost and misplaced packages. Please reach out to UPS with your tracking number to resolve your delivery issue. After you've reached out to UPS, email me with your order number and tracking number, and I'll reach out to UPS on my end.
If I'm not satisfied with the product, can I do a chargeback and send the item back?
Any customer committing chargeback fraud can potentially be prosecuted for chargeback fraud. There are no returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. If your product has arrived damaged, please email an unboxing video to info@calstoncollection.com.
